****Update to Brooklyn's Story***** Epuppypro has sent Brooklyn's family another puppy. His name is Fat Bob. He is not a replacement for Brooklyn but he does ease the wound.
Brooklyn is the main reason we have started this website. Here is her story.
I'm sorry to report that I have also received a sick puppy from EpuppyPro/ Lobo Puppies.com. These sisters need to be stopped!!!We are not 100% sure who sold the puppy, because we were dealing with Danielle Oneal and also Melody Edwards.
We received the puppy on January 17, 2007 at Philadelphia airport, we brought her home and noticed when she ate, she began to cough, on Friday January 19th we took her to the vet and explained what was going on and she felt the puppy was working way to hard to breathe.
We were advised at that time that she should really have an x-ray done, so we agreed. I knew when they came back into the room with the results that things could not be good!! they found a very quiet high pitched heart murmur over one valve area and also infiltrative pattern to the lungs and plueral effusion which is indicative of pnuemonia, and felt the puppy was a lemon, however she was too sick to return to Texas, they felt she would die on trip back, so we started treatment on her right away.
What should have been a very exciting experience for me and my family, turned into a nightmare. We have spent six long weeks trying to get rid of the pnuemonia, many trips to the vets office, alot of expense, and the heartache that we have experienced I cannot put into words. We contacted Danielle and Melody as soon as we returned home from the vet and faxed over there findings, however they were not so eager to speak to us anymore, like they were when we were interested in buying a puppy from them.
Finally on 1/23/2007 Danielle did pay a small portion of the vet bills, however since then many more have come in and alot more heartache since then. I'm sad to report that (Brooklyn) that's the puppies name passed away and it breaks my heart that she never had a chance to be a normal healthy puppy, she was sick from the day we got her, however we still loved her very much and were hoping for a different outcome.
I at least owe it to Brooklyn and the poor families that are thinking of buying a puppy from either company.
