Here are a couple of things you should do:

1. Contact the Better Business Bureau and search for the local BBB where you bought the puppy. Fill out an online complaint form www.bbb.org

2. Contact the Humane Society of the United States and fill out a breeder complaint form. www.hsus.org or http://files.hsus.org/web-files/PDF/puppy_mill_complaint_form.pdf

3. Contact your Attorney General's Office and find out the your states Puppy Lemon Laws.

4. Contact the local media in the area where the puppy was sold. 

5. Contact the local sheriff's office where the puppy was sold.

6. Go to www.ripoffreport.com to make an online complaint against company.
