(North Richland Hills, TX) -- State and federal authorities are joining North Richland Hills police in investigating an Internet website that ships puppies across the country. A spokesman for the North Richland Hills police department says ePuppyPro.com is selling sick puppies online. The investigation began after customers said they were upset that the owner of the site was not an actual breeder. One couple says they were unsuccessful in returning a puppy they bought that was said to be near death with parvo virus. The puppy has since recovered. No charges have been filed yet.
